Business and professional use only

nifty services are offered only for business or professional use. Eligible customers may include registered companies, registered self-employed professionals or sole traders, equivalent professional operators in other jurisdictions, and authorized representatives acting on their behalf. nifty services are not currently offered to people acting purely for personal or consumer purposes.

A person accepting a service must confirm that they are acting in a business or professional capacity and have authority to act for the relevant business where applicable.

Waitlist and invitations

The waitlist is a company-wide nifty access queue rather than a queue for one permanent service. Joining it means asking to be considered for appropriate current or future nifty access opportunities. It does not guarantee access, timing, a particular service or a free place. Waitlist contact is limited to access/invitation purposes unless separate marketing consent is obtained.

Selected free launch places

nifty may separately open a limited number of free places for particular services. The application page identifies the service, relevant eligibility or suitability criteria and how application information is handled. Applications are reviewed by nifty and places are not allocated by random draw.

Customer materials

You must not provide material that you are not authorized to use or share. The terms applicable to a service explain the rights needed for nifty and its service providers to process customer-provided material for that service while preserving the customer's ownership and control of its underlying business information.

AI-assisted services

nifty services may use AI-assisted processing to read permitted material, identify relevant gaps, retrieve stored business information and professionally structure or rewrite service outputs. AI output is not automatically treated as verified fact; unsupported or unresolved information must not be converted into established claims merely to complete an output.

Website content

Public website content explains nifty and its services. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial or other regulated professional advice.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the nifty brand, website design, original text, graphics and other original website materials are owned by or licensed to NIFTY SNAP S.R.L. You may view the site for normal personal or business evaluation. You may not present nifty materials as your own, remove rights notices, misuse the brand or use the site to infringe third-party rights.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, probe private routes, submit material you are not authorized to provide, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Service terms

These Website Terms do not replace the terms that apply to an individual nifty service. Where separate service terms apply, they are presented before that service begins and form part of the agreement when accepted.
